1. Delivery Areas & Timeline
  • Coverage: We deliver nationwide to all major cities, towns, and villages across Pakistan.
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays.
  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your parcel will reach your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days.
2. Shipping Charges
  • Standard Delivery: We offer flat-rate shipping across Pakistan. (Optional: You can mention Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000 if you offer it).
  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.
  • Important Note: As per standard courier company rules in Pakistan, customers must pay the courier rider the full invoice amount before opening the parcel.
  • If you suspect any tampering or damage to the external packaging, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this number on our logistics partner's website (e.g., Trax, Leopards, TCS) to track your parcel's live status.
5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Attempts
  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are 100% correct during checkout.
  • The courier service will make up to 2 to 3 attempts to deliver your parcel. If you are unavailable or unreachable, the parcel will be returned to us, and the order will be cancelled.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged during transit, please take a clear photo or video of the item and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
