4. Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Delivery Time: We deliver all across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.
  • COD Policy: For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are required to pay the courier rider before opening the parcel.
  • Refusals: Repeated refusals of COD orders at the doorstep without a valid reason may result in the blacklisting of the customer account for future purchases.
5. Returns and Refunds
Our Return & Refund policy is governed separately under our Refund Policy page. Please review it carefully. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact our customer support via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery with video proof of unboxing.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability.
